At Palace Restaurant and Lounge Supper Club, our mission is to create an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for every guest. To ensure a welcoming, safe, and sophisticated environment for all, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following house policies:

Reservation Policy

We value your reservation and strive to accommodate all guests in a timely manner.

• Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this grace period, your table may be released to other guests.

• A $100 deposit is required to secure all reservations.

• A $25 per person fee may apply for no-shows or reservations not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Code of Conduct

Your safety and the comfort of all our guests are our top priorities.

To maintain an elevated and respectful atmosphere, please adhere to the following:

• Sitting on booths, window sills, or any elevated surfaces is strictly prohibited.

• Harassment, aggression, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in accordance with City of Ottawa By-Laws.

• Photographers and videographers may occasionally be present for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any content, kindly inform our team.

Dress Code Policy

Palace Restaurant and Lounge Supper Club is a refined venue designed for a mature and sophisticated clientele. We ask all guests to dress to impress and contribute to the elevated experience:

• Running shoes, casual wear, sportswear, or inappropriate attire will not be permitted.

• Our reception and management teams reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not meet the dress code or who are not suitably presented, even if technically compliant.

• Guests causing disturbances will be asked to leave.

Photo & Video Policy

Please be mindful when taking photos or videos.

• Avoid disrupting the comfort and privacy of other guests.

• Harassment, aggression, or any actions affecting the experience of others will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
